Cascade 1240k - Journey around the beautiful Washington Cascades in 4 long days

Here are my Garmin files with a breif description (with highlights) on each day of my journey on the Cascade 1240K. Thanks to all the volunteers, organizers for being out on the course at all the controls and especially to my girlfriend Heidi Perry for being there at Quincy. A great ride with so many great views and memories that will last a life time! And congratulations to all who finished or who gave it their best out there!

Awesome ride John. Great to see you rolling with the big dogs.

John, my Facebook blurb was an aborted message. I have been lurking on the SIR e-mail list for a couple of years. Still haven't joined, but have ridden a couple of times over at the NW Crank rides. Have lost the focus for training for 100 mile runs and the biking doesn't beat me up as much. Would like to join you sometime for a ride and pick your brain about bikes.
